We do not accept returns, please make sure you have the correct measurements before ordering. We will gladly exchange any items that you wish to trade.

Please allow a few business days for your item to be made by hand and shipped, and refer to each item's shipping information that is listed. Please message us with any specifics and shipping time may be able to be altered. All packages will be shipped via the USPS. During high volume times (i.e. holidays) please allow longer processing times.

Shipping cost includes cost of materials to package and USPS postage charge. Package will be addressed to the address listed at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages or undelivered items.
